Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Dr. Stephanie Dean Design & Research LLC, doing business as TouchstoneOS™ ("I," "me," "TouchstoneOS"), collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers drstephaniedean.com, touchstoneos.com, the Touchstone Studio, my classes and bootcamps, my emails and text messages, and my done-for-you services.

The short version: I collect what I need to serve you and stay in touch, I never sell your information, and you can ask me to see, correct or delete it at any time.

1. What I collect

Information you give me

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number and, for invoices, a billing address.

  • What you share on forms: for example, your answer to "What do your clients ask you over and over?" on the bootcamp sign-up, or project details on an inquiry form.

  • Consent choices: whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when.

  • Membership and purchase details: what you bought, when, and your billing status. Card details are entered directly with my payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) and are never stored by me.

  • Studio and class participation: posts and comments in the member community, questions you ask, and your name, voice or video if you join a live class that is recorded.

  • Client materials: for done-for-you projects, the content, logins and brand materials you provide so I can do the work.

Information collected automatically

When you visit my websites, basic technical information is collected, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the site that referred you, and whether you opened or clicked an email. This helps me keep the sites working, understand what is useful, and see which emails land. See section 5 for cookies.

I do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health, financial account, government ID, or information about race, religion or sexual orientation. Please do not include it in forms or community posts.

2. How I use it

  • To deliver what you signed up for: send your Zoom links, reminders and replays; give you access to the Studio and your platform account; complete your project.

  • To take payment and send receipts and invoices.

  • To send emails you asked for, such as my newsletter, and occasional news about classes and the Studio. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

  • To send text messages, only if you checked the box to receive them (see section 4).

  • To answer your questions and provide support.

  • To improve my classes, website and emails.

  • To protect my business and comply with the law, for example keeping tax records or responding to a legal request.

3. Who I share it with

I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with the service providers that help me run the business, and only as much as they need:

  • HighLevel, which powers my websites, forms, CRM, email and text messaging, and the TouchstoneOS platform

  • Stripe and PayPal for payments

  • Zoom for live classes and meetings

  • Google Workspace for email and documents

  • [Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, if used on the site]

I may also share information if the law requires it, to protect my rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

Studio members' platform accounts: the contacts and content you put into your own TouchstoneOS account belong to you. I access them only to support you, at your request, or to keep the platform running, and I never use your contacts for my own marketing.

4. Text messages

If you opt in, you may receive text messages from TouchstoneOS about things like your class registration, reminders and replays, and, if you choose, news about classes and the Studio. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers that help me deliver messages, such as HighLevel and its carriers.

5. Cookies and tracking

My websites use cookies and similar tools to keep forms and logins working, remember your preferences, count visits, and see whether emails were opened. [If ads are run: Some cookies may also help show my ads to people who have visited the site.] You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The sites will still work, though some features, like staying logged in, may not.

My sites do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them yet.

6. How long I keep it

  • Email and marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your information.

  • Studio members: for as long as your membership is active, plus the export window described in my Terms & Conditions, after which your platform account may be deleted.

  • Purchase, invoice and tax records: as long as the law requires, usually seven years.

  • Class recordings: for as long as they are part of the Studio library or the stated replay period.

7. How I protect it

I use reputable providers with their own security safeguards, limit who can access client information, and use strong passwords and two-factor sign-in where available. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security, but I take it seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

8. Your choices and rights

You can, at any time:

  • Unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any email

  • Stop texts by replying STOP

  • Ask to see the personal information I have about you

  • Ask me to correct anything that is wrong

  • Ask me to delete your information, except what I must keep for legal or tax reasons

  • Ask for a copy of your information in a portable format

Email [email protected] with your request. I may ask you to confirm your identity first, and I will respond within 30 days. I will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Depending on where you live, including several U.S. states, the EU, the UK and Canada, you may have additional rights under local law. I honor those rights. If you disagree with how I handled a request, you can reply to appeal, and you may also contact your state attorney general or local data protection authority.

9. Children

My services are for adults running businesses. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with me, please let me know and I will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as my services or the law change. The date at the top will show the latest version, and if a change is significant, I will let current clients and members know by email.
